The ill-defined, much-maligned social movement called the "New Age" is
the subject of a new scholarly study just released by a prominent
American university. You can read more about it in the upcoming issue
of THE CONTINUING STORY, which will be posted to the Usenet newsgroup
"talk.religion.course-miracle" on Dec. 15 and e-mailed directly to
subscribers. Also in the next issue of TCS:

* a report on the new website of the Miracles Media Project,
which lends out material related to "A Course in Miracles"
free of charge

* a story on Thanksgiving in prison from a facilitator of
"attitudinal healing"

* and more

THE CONTINUING STORY is a free, monthly online bulletin covering
"news of the world of the Course" compiled by D. Patrick Miller,
author of THE COMPLETE STORY OF THE COURSE: The History, the People,
and the Controversies Behind "A Course in Miracles." Miller is also a
contributing editor to the national magazine YOGA JOURNAL and the
author of A LITTLE BOOK OF FORGIVENESS (Viking) and THE BOOK OF
PRACTICAL FAITH (Henry Holt).
