Hindu Council (Brent), a registered charity and cultural
organisation in the London Borough of Brent is celebtrating the
50th anivesrary of India's independent day on Friday 15th August
1997.

Chief guest is Mr Arun Shourie, a well known bold jourlaist,
former editor of India Express.
