You might read the following books:
(1) The Principle Upanishads by S. Radhakrishnan,
(2) The Upanishads by Swami Nikhilananda,
(3) Bhagavad Gita Bhasya by Sri Sankaracharya translated by Dr. Warrier,
(4) Bhagavad Gita Sri Bhasya by Sri Ramanuja translated by Swami Adidevananda,
(5) Bhagavad Gita translated by Swami Chidvabhananda,
(6) Indian Philosophy by S. Radhakrishnan,
(7) The Spiritual Heritage of India by Swami Prabhavananda,
You might get some of these in the standard bookstores. You might also
contact the Ramakrishna Vedanta bookstores throughout North America. I
recommend the first book because Radhakrishnan gives interpretation by various
commentators. The second book follows Sri Sankara's commentary and so
interprets the Upanishads from the Advaita school of thought. The third and
fourth books will introduce you to Advaita and Vishistadvaita systems. The
fifth book is a commentary mainly from the point of view of Sri Ramakrishna.
The sixth and seventh books cover the entire spectrum of Indian philosophy.
