hAdi vidyA and kAdi vidyA have nothing to do with vAmamArga. The
vAmamArga also practice japa of shrI vidyA etc. But, you seem to be
unaware of what the distinction between vAma and daxiNa AchAra-s are. It
is mainly the following: The vAmamArga people have elaborate rituals
which involve meat eating, wine drinking, sex, fish and bean (pa.ncha
makra) etc. They claim these rituals can actually purify the mind. The
daxiNa people claim that this is ridiculous.
I _have_ read the conversation between agastya and hayagrIva in the
brahmANDa purANa and there is no vAmAchAra stuff there. There is only an
explanation of the correspondence between the pa.chadashAxarI and the
shrI chakra.
I am also quite conversant with the lalitA trishatI and it has _zilch_
vAmAchAra in it. I have only glanced through the sahasranAma and as far
as I could see there was zilch of vAmAchAra there also.
