Could anyone of you enlighten me of a doubt I have? I and my friend had
a small argument as regards to a statement made by Lord Krishna either
in Gita or elsewhere. I am pretty sure (or I thought I read it
somewhere) that he makes a statement saying that nothing happens on this
universe without his consent. The statement was somewhat like "Not even
grass can wave in the wind without his permission" or something close to
that. Does any of you remember having read something like this? If not
Krishna it was someone else because I am pretty sure I didn't invent
this out of the blue. Thanks.
