Hi my name is Kevin Rae and I am a a 4th year student who is about to
embark on a study into the Hindu practice of sati, with particular
reference to Roop Kanwar and the areas of Rajasthan and Bengal. I would
also like to find out who was the last sati before Roop Kanwar as well
as were I might find statistical information on 'reported' accounts of
sati's. If anyone can help with any information on journals, books,
newspaper articles, academic or not please please can you forward it to
me.
