Never heard of it -- might you be thinking of the Narayana Upanishad?
I've never seen it on the 'Net, but it's in the book "Adyar Library
Series: The Vaisnava Upanisads" (carried by very few libraries; the
University of Texas has it, for example) or on a tape [with text]
called "Purusa Sukta" (from the Krishna Culture mail-order catalog,
try KRSNACULTR@AOL.COM). Neither one has any translation; the Adyar
one includes Sanskrit commentary by Upanishad Brahma Yogin of
Shankara's school.
If that's not the one you meant, others are included in the Adyar book
like the Mahanarayana, the Krishna, Hayagriva, Nrsimha-tapani, Rama-rahasya,
etc.
