Yoga: best books?

Hi. I'm interested in purchasing a book which would serve as a
guide for a set of yoga exercises (positions) enabling me to increase
flexibility.
I am quite active otherwise, engaging in lots of running,
swimming, biking, etc. but flexibility is a problem. I am somewhat
familiar with Hindu popints of view from studies earlier in life and used
to do some Kundalini yoga many years ago. Whereas I find the philosophy
stimulating and resonant with my own points of view, I am more interested
in the physical regimen for this particular inquiry.
Thanks to everyone in advance; E-mail is preferred.
