I was wondering if anyone would happen to know of a similar group meeting
taking place in Chicago? I have been practising Yoga for 4 months now by
myself, but it would be nice to have a standard to go by. The book I am
using is Light on Yoga, by BKS Iyengar. (Very good, but not as good as an
actual teacher could be...) If any of you have suggestions as to other
good illustrative books, please let me know. Thanks in advance.
