Hi, Any Sitar players out there? I am interested in buying/trading for a
sitar but have no idea who makes the pro-model sitars. I have a 70's
Gibson SG, Yamaha Dx7 and a Kurzweil PX1000 that I will be selling soon
and perhaps could trade for a sitar.

I have been playing guitar since 1971 and wish to try learning the
sitar.

What is the average price range?
Are there any teachers in Orange County, Ca. ?
How long does it take to be proficient?
