"How to inculcate the basic values of our culture in the new generation?" has
been a major concern for many immigrant parents. Here is a unique opportunity
for your children to discover the Hindu culture and values and make good
friends. Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh(HSS) is a voluntary organization aimed at
instilling in children a high sense of discipline, character and devotion to
Hindu values of life.
Our activities for the Balvihar children include:
*Stories from Ramayan and Mahabharat*
*Moral stories from Panch Tantra*
* Games *
* Yoga *
*Bhajans and shlokams (Sanskrit verses)*
*Language classes (including Sanskrit)*
...and more.
We hereby request all the parents living in and around White Plains, NY areas
to make use of this opportunity.
We also need volunteers to conduct various programmes in the Balvihar.
Age Group: Above 6 years.
