Music Today CD on Meditation

Music Today, a music company affiliated to India Today has come up with a
special volume on Indian Classical Music, devoted to meditation and to
four of the stages discussed in Patanjali's yogasutras, viz.
Kaya Sthairyam (stilling the body)
Pratihara (withdrawal of the senses)
Dharana (consolidation of attention)
Dhyana (focusing, concentration)
