Hi - I was looking to alt.hindu for some insight into Hindu holidays. I'm 
not suprised I didn't see anything in the threads, but was a little
suprise at no "FAQ".

My readings about the dharma are often made more difficult because
of the large number of transliterated Hindi words - a "greatest hits"
(common Hindi words, for example) would be helpful for the learning.
