INTRODUCTION TO VEDIC ASTROLOGY

Jyotish, India's astrological science of light, is also known
as "the eyes of the Vedas." It is a comprehensive system for
examining the nature and unfoldment of each individual's life, and
is rich in both spiritual tradition and practical insight. In this
course, Dr. Charak will present a systematic and clear introduction
to the principles of this ancient science, which will provide a
strong foundation for beginning students who want to learn to read
the chart's indications. Students with some previous knowledge
will find helpful guidance to enhance their skills and to clarify
techniques for prediction. Dr. Charak will also give an
introduction to principles of reading health indications in the
chart. You will learn: the significance of the planets, Rashi(s),
houses, and Nakshatr's (lunar mansions); aspects and their
influence; a special technique of chart synthesis, and much more.
