Hi,

I do not know which Krishna Menon you are referring to.   Krishna Menon
was one of India's famous Foreign Minister or a diplomat (I am not sure)  
during 50 and/or 60s.  He was a great intellectual and was a famous and
well respected figure during his time.

If you contact Indian Book Publishers, you may come across books writtern
about his life.
