 My two cents:

 1. Everybody suffers or gets rewarded based on their karma and desires / samskaras from
 previous lifetimes.
 2. God exists and can be experienced by the truly dedicated and willing. It takes
discipline and tenacity. It takes longer for some people than others.
 3. Man's rules and sense of justice and fairplay cannot be applied to God who has Her
own rules and sense of fairplay. Example is the application of the rules of Euclidean
 geometry to non-Euclidean spaces.
 4. It is not necessary to distribute one's wealth before one preaches God's existence
or love. Demonstration of right conduct (living by example), compassion and humility
 are sufficient!
 5. Death is part of life. But it is the death of the physical body. The exact time of
death is again governed by the karma, debts and desires, etc.
 6. There is no death for the soul. Hence some yogis still 'live' in ethereal form to
help their devotees progress in the spritual path and see God eventually.
 7. Religion expects you to believe in God because it is the doctrine or belief. That is
a good first step.
 8. It is possible to go beyond and experience God personally.

Cheers, Mukti
