I know this one by the title, "Sri Laksmi-nrsimha-karavalambana
-stotram," if that makes any difference.

Sorry. I was just wondering the same thing about the recently
posted "Krsnastakam"--"bhaje vrajaika mandanam..." etc.
BTW, another one attributed to Sankaracarya is the "Govindastaka."
