1) This is the first time I'm posting onthe NET so excuse anymistakes
and DONOT flame!!
What the hell!
Sanskrit is so to speak the 'divine'language. Itis also true that
many texts make sense at different levels of perception.
For eg: A verse in a prayer to the goddess apparently urges the
devotee to sacrifice goats , camels etc...
but it may also be interpreted as aninstruction tosacrifice our
prejudices and the mortal sins ( greed , jealousy etc..)
To me it seems that even a person who knows only sanskrit and no other
language may be ata loss fortheright interpretation :)
