soc.culture.indian.bihar is intended to be an unmoderated discussion
newsgroup to exchange ideas and opinions about the people, politics,
and culture of Bihar. The group will be welcome to all people and
accept all opinions. Topics of discussion will include, but are not
limited to Bihari:

The discussions will be in English.
RATIONALE
=========
While there is currently a group for discussion of Indian culture, the
topics tend to be quite wide ranging. This reflects the heterogeneous
nature of India itself. In forming the group soc.culture.indian.bihar
it is hoped that more dialogue can be generated amongst those interested
in the culture of the people of Bihar.
