Ha Ha! Poor pathetic Pat Robertson!
He can spew out so much venom and hatred against Hindu culture, but
meanwhile ISKCON is making devotees on his own home turf. It must be very
agitating to him that Hindus prefer their deeply personalist, devotional
tradition to his brand of fast-food Christianity (i.e. - just accept
Jesus and he will free you. no austerity, you don't have to do anything,
you can even be a first-class meat-eating rascal, but just accept Jesus
and you will be fine).
Dear old Pat has been escalating his attacks against Hinduism in recent
times, but I just take this as an indication of his frustrated inability
to wipe out Vedic civilization. While he and other Chrstian
evangelicals are busy inflaming Hindus, moderate Christians, and
leftists, men and women all over the world (including Christians) are
taking to the process of bhakti-yoga, chanting the Hare Krsna
maha-mantra, vegetarianism, and a simpler, more tolerant Vedic lifestyle.
And that is something that puffed-up evangelists like him will never
understand, or change.
