I have a simple question, but I can't seem to find answer to it:
Could anyone in this newsgroup tell me if the Celebration of Mahasivaratri:
- takes place in an universal manner (as in a holiday), or
- is there be one central site (or city) where the Celebration takes
place and is considered to be the home of such an event?
I know little-to-nothing about this holiday, so please pardon my
ignorance. Finding any information about it has difficult, to say the
least. After searching for this information in libraries and from other
sources I've come up blank, and I'm hoping I can find an answer in this
newsgroup.
I will be grateful for any answers received....
Thank You In Advance....
