My two cents:

I have a copy of Avadhut Gita by Mahatma Dattatreya. It is not a very
comprehensive translation with exhaustive commentary. It is only 40
pages of 5 1/2 x 8.

Avadhut Gita, Tr in 1934 by Hari Prasad Shastri, Pub by
Shanti Sadan,

London, W11. 1968 (4 th ed 1978)

Cheers
