Dear Friend:

If my guess is correct, then these discussions are basically proving to 
be a big embarrassment of the unsuspecting, proposed moderators listed in 
the reorganization RFD.  Please be sensitive to the feelings of these good 
people. I also would like to request you to try to find ways of 
accomodating each other.
