It's like #95 or #97 on the list of 108 Upanishads in the Muktika Upanishad.
There are several in that list that I have never seen anywhere (maybe
some are lost?) and many others that are extremely difficult to find.

Alas, I have no copy of this literature in full; the only copy I have seen
in a library catalog was in a Hindi translation at the University of Texas
(packaged in a book with several others). But I haven't been to Austin in
a while and my last trip was far too rushed to browse the library.

Yes, but as we learned on SRV, this reference doesn't refer to _the_
Krishna but to some other person named Krishna (at least, according to
Madhvaachaarya; I don't know what other acharyas say)
