Dhruba, I think the answer is that you and I can be mudha or yogi, but
Arjunaji is far beyond any material designation. He appears to accept
them only to please his Lord Sri Krsna. In this pastime he asks perfect
questions, to which Krsna provides us kindly with perfect answers. It is
because Arjuna is Krsna's friend and devotee that he is instructed for
our benefit in the science of God.
It is the same with Mother Yashoda who genuinely experiences distress and
fear when Little Damodara eats dirt! Certainly she knows that He is
indestuctible, but for Krsna's pleasure this knowledge is hidden from her
consciousness. Krsna kindly let's her really believe He is in jeopardy to
elicit her feelings of parental love for Him that prompt her to bind Him up
with loving affection.
Yes, All-Powerful God tied up with ropes by a woman! But He loved it.
And that is the bottom line ... what He loves is our life and joy. :-)
May He bind us both to His lotus feet,
