i think no RFD can take away the respect Ajay Shah already has.
especially when it was pointed out by N Tiwari that Ajay Shah was
the force behind creation of s.r.h.
however, the proposal only can aid reducing the time-demands on him.
the time statistics the proponents have been using are only showing
the potential for improvement if there are more moderators. nothing
in that shows Ajay Shah in poor light.
