Perhaps because it is essentially self-contradictory? Since "the
Hindu religion" is the subject of your sentence, the entity referred
to by "it" must be that as well. Therefore, your question reads,
"Question - why does the Hindu religion support the Hare Krishna group
when the Hindu religion neither recognizes or (sic) agree (sic) with
the Hindu faith (sic)" -- which illustrates the contradiction. As is
well-known, a contradictory proposition can be made to prove anything,
and the Hindu religion, describable in such contradictory terms, can
be made to support anything. There's your answer.
