REQUEST : need information about gay marriages

i am doing a report about gay rights and the constitution with regards to
gay marriages.

i don't know anything about the hindu faith and would appreciate any
information you could provide for me.

what i can't use is personal opinion. what i need is cold, hard fact from
the teachings of hinduism. i need something i can reference and use to
back up fact.
