REQUEST : What does the Prayer 'Om Jai Jaga-tee....' Mean?

I've heard this prayer so many times, I even know it by heart.
Unfortunatley, I have no idea what it means.

There are two or three versions I have heard, and was wondering if anyone had
a translated copy (into English) available.
