The best proof is to experience it yourself and not to take
anybody's words for granted. Even if the doctors say that meat is not good for health,
it is just their opinion, what is the assurance that they won't say the other way
after some time, the doctors opined before that meat is in fact good for health and
can we believe them if they say now that they are not good?
