Re: Hinduism in Malaysia and Indonesia.
I'm Indonesian, and come from Bali. We're quite stable. So far,
there is no descrimination in our community, although we're only
8% of population of Indonesia (total Ind's ppl: 200 millions).
In Indonesia, everybody has a right to choose one of 5 religions
recognized by state, which are: Hindu, Islam, Budha, Catholic
and Protestant (consequently, you cannot be an atheist ;-)).
Indeed, Indonesian hindus are mostly live in Bali, and we have
thousands beautiful Hindus temples there. Though, you may find
hindus everywhere at other regions as well.
In Indonesia, we have a The Parisadha Hindu Dharma, which is centered
in Bali, and has branches at every Provinces of Indonesia.
