Zukav's conclusion using the word "simultaneously" admits of a
dependence on the concept of time, while his observation of the
soul being beyond time is inconsistent with it.  If the author is
trying to express through the ordinary five senses something he has
realized otherwise, then I submit that he is attempting to pass an
ocean through a very restrictive funnel.  On the positive side, we
may be well advised to accept his expression as an invitation to
experience realization similar to his.
