Ok, here are the details :
The Vishnu Purana: a system of Hindu mythology and tradition.
Translated from the original Sanskrit and illustrated by
notes derived chiefly from other Puranas, by H. H. Wilson.
With an introd. by Dr. R. C. Hazra. published by Punthi Pustak, Calcutta.
The third edition is in 1972. I also have the second edition, which was
published in the mid 60's.

Well, they worked something out, and this guy was not even in the
USA. I don't think it would matter to you, since the publisher in
India and SRH is not available there :-)
