Yes, for example, CM Manohar Joshi of Maharashtra, who said that only
those Hindustanis willing to die for Bharat were Hindus; all others were
traitors... I think this would exclude many, if not most, Vaishnavas,
Shaivites, Shaaktas, etc. (while at the same time including many Muslims,
Christians, Sikhs, etc.).
