SRH "moderation appeals committee" flaws

So, are articles rejected on their contents or not? Had the first
snippet been about some Hindu, and the rest of the article mentioned
various pornographic sites on the Internet, would the article have been
accepted?

This is the problem with the current "moderation appeals committee" -
they can only accept articles, not determine which articles should
be accepted or rejected. The committee apparently has no power to
define the charter, and repeated attempts in the past to clarify
points of the charter were stonewalled by the moderator.

In my personal opinion, only one small part of that article had
anything to do with Hinduism, and since the moderator of SRH has
repeatedly stated that SRH is a family-oriented newsgroup, why was
an article promoting drug use allowed? Again, we're seeing a
double standard in the moderation policy. Articles containing (non-vulgar)
terms describing the human body were rejected as being sexually
oriented, yet we see article promoting drug use deemed OK, since
some minor part of the article had a mention of something Hindu.
