*if* you are referring to posts from -- i think -- Bobby (S K?),
then i do not remember to have seen Vivek saying anything like
"incompetence of the moderator". Since you are showing this in
quotes, i am wondering if i missed something. if my understanding
is right he has not even pleaded for the article to be accepted.
Basically, the moderator gave certain reasons for rejection of the
posts, and the poster posted them on unmoderated news.groups.
and Vivek pointed out that the reasons do not fit the contents of
the posts. and some one from news.groups said : it might be the
case of the moderator not giving the reason exactly for rejection,
but saying NO politely.
one of the article was to show that even during the Rama Rajya,
of Raja Sri Ram women have not been treated fairly.

this is true for any moderator and moderated-groups. and one of the
ways to address the problem is to have a clear cut moderation policy
statement. not only the moderator should know what he has to do,but
the posters also should know what are the requirements to be met to
get an article posted on the moderated group.
