Rajivji, would you have told Gandhiji that the whole "salt issue"
should not be his concern, but rather that of the British government?

Now that we've all shown we can use cute non-existent tags, the real
issue still remains - I've asked a series of questions trying to
clarify the vague points of the charter. Is that my _job_? I have no
idea, but I don't recall anyone saying that I couldn't ask questions
about the charter.

Let me put it this way - so long as questions remain and I'm
interested in those questions, I see no reason not to ask them.
More interestingly, as long as answers are not forthcoming, it
seems all the more pertinent to ask why such answers are not
forthcoming.
