Actually, if you look at the archives, the proponents of the reorg
asked that this discussion take place only on news.groups. It was the
moderator of SRH who insisted that this discussion should take place
on SRH, and as a result, the proponents had little choice but to
answer the posts which appeared on SRH.
The proponents have always wanted just the regular procedure for the
reorg - a set period of discussion on news.groups, followed by a
vote. As it stands, the vote is not being allowed, and the discussion
was brought to SRH by the moderator.
