How does it follow logically that either all Vaishnavas are Hindus, or
else none are? What is the inference rule used here, and what is the
basis for it? Does it similarly follow that all Vaishnavas are
left-handers, or else none are?

So are you saying that Vishnu is *defined* by human acceptance? If
yes, then He can hardly be the "Godhead" and isn't worth the bother.
If no, then it does not matter who accepts him and who does not.
Either Vishnu's Supremacy is an absolute fact, or else it is not.

Besides, suppose there are Hindus who accept Allah or Christ as
Godhead (as indeed there are) -- would you, by the same argument,
consider those to be Hindu deities?

Such evidence can only be obtained if the meaning of `Hindu' is known
-- but you do not define the term, and insist on proceeding based
solely upon vague intuitions and unspecific dogmas; under the
circumstances, no proof could possibly be made.
