Unity Of Purpose and Dharma
Namaste,
It is good to note that many others share the concern of dirty politics
creeping into the forum. It really pains all well meaning Hindus to come
across people who needlessly try to divide the Hindu samaj for their own
petty political
squabbles.
I believe that the momentum against having such petty political discussions
is building up. It is ironical that whenever Hindus attempt to do something
constructive (SRH is a case in point), black sheep within it's fold strike.
We have been far too tolerant of people making derogatory comments against
the dharma .
We have been far too tolerant of people trying to divide the dharma.
The worst part is that since the "black sheep" of our fold know that they
can get away with any anti-Hindu comment, they gleefully continue their
activities.
The propagation of negative myths against Hinduism, quite contrary to the
fact that it is a "great religion", is because of the activities of these
very black sheep. They provide cannon fodder to the enemies of Hinduism and
so it is a vicious circle.
One meets such black sheep of the Hindu fold everywhere; atleast the ones in
direct contact with us should be discouraged in no uncertain terms. The
extremely petty aspect of people trying to disrupt srh often makes one
wonder how people miss the boat for wood !
Thanks to all those expressing support against the activities of
petty-minded people who would like to disrupt a well meaning Hindu forum. I
take delight in understanding that your gesture is more as " one Hindu to
another Hindu " which I value more than "one friend to another."
May we all UNITE ,
The majority of Vaishnavas as Hindus,
The extreme minority of Vaishnavas as non-Hindus,
The majority of ISKON followers as Hindus,
The extreme minority of ISKON followers as non-Hindus
in order to defeat those very people who try to DIVIDE the dharma and raise
bad blood between it's various constituents.
Namaste,
Suraj
