The most compelling evidence has been the discovery of the ancient
Dwarka just off-shore the modern Dwarka. This was discovered by a team of
National Institute of Oceanography, Goa led by Dr. Rao. The carbon dating of
the pottery found in the underwater Dwarka suggests a date of 1500 BC.
