Dear Bhaktas,
I have recently learned that ``The Way and the Goal,''
Professor Vasudha Narayanan's book on early Sri Vaishnava
bhakti, is being republished and is available for
purchase. Professor Narayanan is an active research
scholar in Vaishnavism and is a member of the University
of Florida's Department of Comparative Religion.
This was one of the first books that I ran across in the
UC Berkeley library, and I must say I found it very
enlightening. There are presentations and discussions
of the works of Yamunacharya, Ramanuja, Kuratthalvan,
Parasara Bhattar, and others.
