I have definitely found a book about Hindu Marraige rituals in the
Hollywood Vedanta Center (213 465 7114). You can ask them about a book on
Hindu marraige rituals if you are interested.
The Hindu rituals are from the Karma Kanda of the Vedas. There are
specific verses. I do not know about Arya Samaj rituals
