Its much more difficult and time consuming than you really want. Its not
as easy as saying, "I am Hidu".
It requires that you become an active attendee in a Hindu Temple,
presumably you fiance's, and that you become a student of one of the
Swamis; that is, the Swami has to accept you as a student and you have to
want the Swami as a teacher. It requires humility and honesty to yourself
on your part and about six months to a year of time (my own
recommendation).
Additionally, some Swamis only conduct the religious services and
discusions in Sanskrit or Hindi - not all of them speak English for that
purpose (although quite a few do - understanding them may be the hard
part).
So, its not a quick fast process or decision. What you can do is become
an active attendee in a Hindu Temple.
