An Appeal

Sri Ramakrishna Math was started in 1897 under the inspiration
of Swami Vivekananda. It will be soon completing 100 years of
its multidimensional services. For many years it has been the
ardent desire of the devotees and admirers that a grand temple
dedicated to Sri Ramakrishna be built in the Math.
Designed to accomodate about 1000 devotees for prayer and
meditation, the proposed temple will combine the distinct
characteristics of Ramakrishna temples of traditional south
indian architecture. The temple is esimated to cost about
Rs. 4 crores.
The foundation stone was laid by Srimat Swami Bhuteshanandaji
Maharaj, President of the Ramakrishna Order on Dec. 1, 1994.
The Math invites you to contribute liberally for this
noble project.
The contributions will be gratefully accepted and acknowledged.
