No, I am saying that the Shivalinga is not a phallic symbol, nor
a symbol of the phallus. It is a symbol of Shiva which has the "shape"
or "form" of the phallus.

Oh, I think there is a big difference between the Shivalinga representing
Shiva Himself, and the Shivalinga representing a phallus, Shiva's or
otherwise.
