Well, if it makes you feel better I'm a reverse convert...I was born and
raised a Catholic and four years ago I converted and became a Hindu. So
there, we're even. One Hindu-->Catholic convert cancelled out by one
Catholic-->Hindu convert.
As to your question about the Wester media, it's futile to try to
understand them. In their never-ending obsession to present "balanced"
views, they often fall into the absurd, the ridiculous, the inane, the
pointless, etc. etc. etc. And to think that American journalists are SO
PROUD of themselves!!! I've given up trying to understand them. I now
just distill what little useful and intelligent information can be found
in what passes for their "journalism", and the rest I promptly ignore.
