Hi Mani,

You are right in what you have said. The Deity is really Krishna when
installed. The Vedas have prescribed the installation of the Deity
according to certain rites, which welcome the Lord to enter the deity form.

The name of the Lord is non-different to the person, in other words Krishna
is present in his transcendental vibration. Hence we should not misuse his
name !!!

The Christians/Muslims and Jews call us idol worshipers and in the Bible
there are verses that ask for idols to be destroyed. This is why they
always say we worship idols. Idol worship has a very negative meaning.
