How can one say that the Vedas or Hinduism in general is polytheistic?
This is absolutely untrue and not supported by any of our scriptures or
teachings of our great masters. God is unlimited and how can anything
which has no boundaries or limit be more than one? You cannot divide
infinity by two -- you just get infinity.
Ignorant and vain people may argue amongst themselves as to the
superiority of various forms of God but this is only their vanity and
stupidity. No Saint has ever said such ridiculous things.
In fact, Krishn Himself revealed to Arjun in the Gita this Divine fact in
no uncertain terms. So, why to argue? Love God in whatever form you
choose, but do not make the disastrous mistake of criticizing our
disrespecting other Divine Forms. Doing so is a serious transgression
against not only that Form but the Form who you yourself worship (as God
is one).
