No, two of the targets of pro-Hindu activism are the legal arena
and mass public opinion. In the former, the mention of precedent
is as necessary as the identification of the issue, which is why
it is vital to inform that Nike responds favorably to corrective
recommendations. This also strengthens public opinion -- the
ultimate court of judgment -- in an honest and positive manner.

If and when a Hindu finds something offensive, in my view, it
is his or her duty to bring the matter to light and take the best
lawful, corrective action to remedy the situation. Hindus who
adhere to the principle of Ahinsaa are urged to consider this
recommendation. How else would the world become a better place?
